Complete it in it's entirety, mail the bottom portion along with your deposit to the address
listed on form. A confirmation letter will be sent via US-MAIL providing you additional details.

Below  is the 2 page registration forms for Catholic Engaged Encounter weekend in the Tucson, Arizona metropolitan area.
Print and fill out the form to manually register for a weekend. Mail the bottom portion of Page 2 along with your fee to the address listed in order to secure your weekend.    A confirmation letter will be sent either via US Mail or Email following receipt of payment and form.

Note: Because of very high demand combined with limited space, it is recommended you register for your desired weekend on-line
at least 4-6 months in advance.
