There are two methods for registering for our weekends: Online $225:00 or via US Mail $235.00.
Depending on how you register, different refund policies apply.
Method 1 :Register Online, Pay Online - This option allows you fill out an online form and pay immediately with a Credit Card and you reservation is immediately confirmed, because we receive your payment immediately. To register via this method, click the "Register Online" link next to your desired weekend listed below. This method will require to have Credit Card ready following the registration process.
Method 2:
Register via US Mail, Pay by Mail - With this option you print our brochure, manually fill it out and mail via US Mail, along with your $235 to the address listed on the form. Confirmation turn around with this method are generally around the 7-10 business day time frame.

US Mail Registrations
Below is the 2 page registration forms for Catholic Engaged Encounter weekend in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.
Print and complete the form manually. Mail the completed bottom portion of Page 2 along with your $235.00 to the address listed in order to secure your weekend. A confirmation letter will be sent either via US Mail or Email following receipt of payment and form.
Note: Because of very high demand combined with limited space, it is recommended you register for your desired weekend on-line
at least 4-6 months in advance. Online registration is the most sure way of getting on the weekend of choice. Registering by US Mail may not guarantee your 1st choice weekend due to the latency of manual registration process.
