Phoenix Registration

There are two methods for registering for our weekends: Online $225:00 or via US Mail $235.00.

Depending on how you register, different refund policies apply.

Method 1 :Register Online, Pay Online - This option allows you fill out an online form and pay immediately with a Credit Card and you reservation is immediately confirmed, because we receive your payment immediately. To register via this method, click the "Register Online" link next to your desired weekend listed below. This method will require to have Credit Card ready following the registration process.

Method 2: Register via US Mail, Pay by Mail - With this option you print our brochure, manually fill it out and mail via US Mail, along with your $235 to the address listed on the form. Confirmation turn around with this method are generally around the 7-10 business day time frame.

US Mail Registrations

Below  is the 2 page registration forms for Catholic Engaged Encounter weekend in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.
Print and complete the form manually. Mail the completed bottom portion of Page 2 along with your $235.00 to the address listed in order to secure your weekend.    A confirmation letter will be sent either via US Mail or Email following receipt of payment and form.

Note: Because of very high demand combined with limited space, it is recommended you register for your desired weekend on-line
at least 4-6 months in advance
Online registration is the most sure way of getting on the weekend of choice. Registering by US Mail may not guarantee your 1st choice weekend due to the latency of manual registration process.

Refund Policy

Effective January 1, 2010 – Subject to change

If paying by Credit Card –

  • Refunds will be granted in full when:
    • You cancel your original confirmed weekend within 60 Days of your original registration date and your original confirmed weekend date is 30 days or more away.   A credit will be issued to your credit card for the full amount.  A “one-time” rescheduling option will be offered at no additional charge.
  • Partial Refunds will be granted when:
    • You cancel your original confirmed weekend after 60 days from your original online registration payment date and your original confirmed weekend date is 30 days or more away.  A refund check will be issued minus a $10.00 surcharge and mailed to the woman’s mailing address on file.  Alternatively, a “one-time” rescheduling option will be offered at no additional charge.
  • No Refunds will be granted when:
    • You cancel your weekend with 30 days of your original confirmed weekend date.  This option does not qualify for a rescheduling option and no refunds will be issued.  

If paying by Check or Money Order –

  • Refunds will be granted in full when:
    • You cancel your original confirmed weekend within 90 Days of your original registration date and your original confirmed weekend date is 30 days or more away.  A refund check will be issued and mailed to the woman’s mailing address on file.  A “one-time” rescheduling option will be offered at no charge.
  • No Partial Refunds will be granted if paying by Check or Money Order.
  • No Refunds will be granted when:
    • You cancel your weekend within 30 days of your original confirmed weekend date.  This option does not qualify for a rescheduling option.
